Crisis Intervention

What we mean by crisis is anything that compromises or interferes with your ability to function normally in your life and relationships.

A crisis could be the death of a loved one, being informed that your mate wants a divorce, the aftermath of actually getting a divorce, being involved in or discovering an affair, the loss of a job or business or being informed of a major health challenge for yourself or a loved one. There could be others, some you may be thinking of right now that we haven't listed here.

Most people just try to "buck up" and get through it the best they can without realizing the heavy cost to their mental, emotional and physical well-being. We have three decades of experience in helping people just like you through all of the things we mentioned above and more.

A singular advantage to working with us during a crisis is that you will be helped to cope, heal, learn and recover much faster than if you try to do it all on your own. It can make the difference between coming out the other side of the crisis more cynical and feeling emotionally damaged and shut down - or - emerging with a greater sense of yourself and your own personal power.

Coaching

Coaching is the process of you being supported in creating what you want in your life. When you are confused, frustrated, making excuses or just plain fed up, having a coach makes all the difference in turning the situation around. Having a coach is having someone who supports you in claiming what you want and going for it!

How much faster and easier would you create what you want if you had someone to bounce ideas off of, someone to assist you in focusing and prioritizing your activities and someone to be accountable to for producing the results you say you want?

Our areas of expertise are relationships know-how, high performance communication, conflict resolution, co-creation, life strategy and conscious personal evolution. We coach people with their personal and professional concerns. We work with individuals, partners, couples, work-groups and small businesses. We have been coaching people for thirty years.

How does coaching work?

Coaching sessions are usually done either over the phone or face to face. If it is a phone session, you call our office at the appointed time. If you prefer to work in person and it is convenient for you to do so, then we will meet at our home office. Coaching sessions typically last an hour for individual coaching and 90 minutes for couples/partnership coaching.

What is Individual Coaching?

Exactly as it sounds, individual coaching is for any individual who wants to realize their maximum potential or to have support for a particular challenge or project. Any serious athlete, musician, actor or performer of any kind needs a coach if they are serious about their career. The fact is, coaches have always been a crucial part of the success formula for those who want to fulfill their potential and be their best.

However, you don't have to be a world class athlete or performer to take advantage of the leverage a coach can provide. Anyone, from any walk of life, who wants to be more and express more in their personal and/or professional lives can use a coach.

Anyone who is feeling stuck, stagnant or stifled in any way and is ready for a breakthrough can use a coach. Layne and Paul are accomplished in a variety of leading edge, breakthrough technologies for accelerating personal and professional growth and development.

Paul and Layne bring 30 years each of professional experience to their coaching relationships. They are authors of Secrets and Strategies for Successful Relationships Coaching Manual, a 300 page illustrated home study course and coaching guide. What is Relationship Coaching?

Most of us embark upon the adventure of relationship with a greater measure of hope and good intention than either knowledge or skill in the creative laws of relationship.

On the path of relationship there are predictable challenges and opportunities within the relationship itself that most people are unprepared to meet.

How many great creative endeavors have bit the dust because people get locked in power struggles and can't get beyond them - or - loving marriages that descend into bitter courtroom battles - or - business meetings bogged down by petty grievances or emotional undercurrents - or - community meetings that are more about casting blame than solving problems?

We cannot become a society plagued with despair or apathy, out of touch with our individual and collective power to create a future that works for everyone.

Relationship coaching is partners coaching partners. You will have Paul and Layne working with you as a team to help you overcome the barriers to fulfilling the ultimate success potential of your relationships. These may include romantic, business or group relationships.

With relationship coaching Paul and Layne are likely to challenge some fundamental assumptions that limit you in your relationships. To begin with, they will help you see that your relationships are not "things" that you own or control. Your relationships are a "space of possibilities".

A relationship is a process with which you participate, and in your participation you are creating the relationship. You can do this with awareness or without, with skill or by chance. If you choose to create them, or recreate them, with awareness and skill, Paul and Layne will empower you to design your relationships exactly the way you want them.

Couples Coaching Assessment Program

For couples considering coaching, we highly recommend our Couples Coaching Assessment Program (CCAP).

CCAP may be recommended upon completion of our Pre-Coaching Questionnaire (PDF) and a 30 minute preliminary conditional coaching session.

You will then receive a formal Couples Coaching Welcome Letter, Coaching Questionnaire, The Five Stages of Relationships Self-Assessment and The New Future of Your Relationships e-book.

After we receive and review your completed questionnaires and self-assessments (approximately two hours), one individual coaching session each (60 minutes) and one couples coaching session (90 minutes) are scheduled, preferrably within the same week and no more than two weeks apart.

We then create a two or three option coaching proposal based on the content of your paperwork and coaching sessions and send you the proposal. Then a final coaching session (30 - 60 minutes) is scheduled among the four of us to discuss how the previous coaching has settled in for you and to discuss the proposal. We then create a plan for moving forward, or not.

What is Relationship Energy RePatterningsm (RER)?

At the most fundamental level, everything is energy, including thoughts, beliefs, feelings and attitudes.

The tools of RER will help you produce profoundly deep change and healing, in a very short period of time with lasting results. We have trained hundreds of practioners in these techniques.

One tool you may have heard of that is part of RER is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

EFT is the fastest, easiest and most readily accessible of all the tools used in RER. It can be used over the telephone and is easily taught to anyone with the willingness to learn.
